bS Dark Mode plugin update

This update ships a completely refactored and simplified switch and is ready for the upcoming Bootstrap 5.2.0.

The switch uses now svg background images instead Font Awesome icons. It’s now possible to use Bootstrap font-size classes to adjust the switch size.

The dark-theme CSS is added to the upcoming Bootstrap 5.2.0 responsive offcanvas component and the new CSS variables.

Jump to the download section in your dashboard, download plugin and update via the plugin-updater in the backend. Clear browser cache.
